The web design process can seem quite overwhelming. Below are some commonly asked questions which will hopefully put your mind at ease.

  • If you’re looking for a web designer you can trust, I’m your guy! I do 100% of the work myself and genuinely take pride in creating beautiful, high quality designs. Throughout your project I will always be available to answer any questions you have and take quick action to ensure your website vision becomes a reality!

  • Your website can be completed in as little as 7 days! Please keep in mind that before our project begins, you must first provide all of your content including branding, written copy and images. The quicker you do so, the sooner we can begin building your site. Please enquire about the next available project time slot.

  • Your new website will be created using the Squarespace development platform. Squarespace offers an all in one solution for website development and hosting, as well as fast loading speeds and reliable security capabilities. The user-friendly interface will ensure future updates and changes can be made with ease. Please note that Squarespace websites must be hosted on Squarespace and cannot be hosted with a third-party hosting provider.

  • Yes! Once all invoices have been paid, you will receive full ownership of your website upon completion.

  • Yes! Squarespace uses a visual editor which makes updating your website simple. Upon completion of your website I will show you how to edit your site and give you instructional video recordings for your reference in the future.

  • Squarespace website hosting and domain registration fees will be due for renewal on an annual basis. These fees are to be paid directly to the Squarespace platform. Any other third-party applications and services used on your site may also have ongoing costs. Design or maintenance services provided by Studio New after the completion of your project will also incur fees.
